(Towards Building a Value Chain Founded on Respect for Human Rights)

We, Asunaro Aoki Construction Co., Ltd., hereby declare our unwavering commitment to addressing human rights issues with a forward-looking perspective, striving to achieve sustainable goals, and passing on the values of respecting and protecting human rights to future generations.

We position respect for human rights as a fundamental corporate responsibility at every stage of our corporate activities, and are committed to ensuring that all employees thoroughly uphold this principle. Furthermore, through human rights due diligence, we will continue to seek the cooperation and understanding of our business partners, collaborators, and all others involved in our operations regarding the importance of respecting human rights.

In the execution of our corporate activities, we will maintain transparent communication and accountability through ongoing dialogue with all our stakeholders, including local communities, clients, investors, partner companies,suppliers, and the end-users of our construction projects. We will also continue our efforts to foster a corporate culture that is built on a strong ethical code and does not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment.

Internally, we will consistently provide all employees, regardless of their employment type, with up-to-date information and continuous training. Through these efforts, we aim to ensure that a deep awareness of respect for human dignity and diversity becomes firmly embedded throughout our entire organization.

Furthermore, we are committed to creating a workplace environment with a high degree of psychological safety, where every employee can freely express their opinions and where individual values are mutually respected. In particular, we will dedicate our ongoing attention to proactively preventing all forms of harassment from occurring in the first place.

Should any human rights-related concerns or disputes arise, we have established and disseminated an internal compliance system (including a reporting hotline) to ensure prompt and appropriate action. Through these measures, we endeavor to create a workplace where every employee feels secure and can work with peace of mind.
